Banack Construction Company was founded by Chris Boring in 2022. Chris has over 25 years of experience providing preconstruction, construction management and real estate development services on a diverse range of commercial, institutional, government, multi-family, and senior living projects throughout the country. These projects include a unique mix of tenant improvement, ground up, design-build and LEED certified projects with a combined contract value of over $500 million dollars. In addition to his extensive project experience, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, a Master in Real Estate Development degree, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Chris’s project experience includes successfully completing several projects for several Fortune 500 clients including CarMax, Macy’s, McKesson, Nordstrom, Pier 1 Imports, Kroger, Freeport-McMoRan, and Office Depot. In addition, Chris has completed several projects for several federal and municipal government clients including Clark County, Bureau of Indian Affairs, General Service Administration, U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Chris has also successfully completed over 1,500 units in the multi-family and senior living market segments for John Residential Construction Group, Spectrum Retirement Communities, Spanos Corporation and Fairfield Residential.
